Where and how your data is stored
Supporter data is securely stored in Donorfy, our cloud-based CRM system. Payment data is processed by third-party, PCI-DSS compliant platforms including Stripe, JustGiving, and CAF Donate. We do not store your card or bank details ourselves.
International data transfers
Some of our service providers (for example Stripe and email platforms) may transfer or store data outside the UK. In such cases, we ensure that appropriate legal safeguards are in place, such as UK-approved standard contractual clauses, to protect your information.
Marketing communications
We may send you marketing communications (such as newsletters, fundraising appeals or event invitations) based on your consent or, in some cases, our legitimate interests where we believe the communication is relevant and welcomed.

- Event participation records: retained to track engagement and support relationship management; this may extend beyond 12 months unless you request deletion
- General supporter records: retained for up to 3 years from last meaningful interaction to help us understand engagement patterns and improve our fundraising
